I need to get my bill aslow as possible. I cannot afford what i owe. I may have to change services for a better senior or disability plan. When i used 411. I was not connect and did not get email.i can onlu use one hand amd the accomondations for thi was aful. I aso canot talk that well asked thousands of question. Then tranfer and lines goes dead. Then i have to start allover again. I believe 411 cgRges should be removed from my account . Also 30 dollar activity fee. Phone was never re connected.

5 dollar fee to speak to rep is a joke.
