You have 1 possible option if it's simply a parallel wire system. Cut and splice in some extra wire. If it's a single coax type wire like earphones use, there's no option. I believe those connectors are proprietary so unless someone makes an aftermarket extension, you are stuck with the original wire length.

You should take an image of the current connectors.

If you are luck, you can do just as Karadjgne says and use standard speaker wire(or an old vacuum cord Yes I did that. ).
