speaker with wind noise

as stated above. my speaker produces wind like noise everytime it is on.
it doesnt matter if it is connected to pc or not. if you turn it on it will produce wind like noise.
what seems to be the problem?

What you describe as wind is called white or pink noise. Since it is happening whether there is an input or not the amps in the speaker are bad. Out of warranty repair is usually not worth it unless the speakers are expensive enough to warrant the cost.
