Hello,

1. check the sound isn't muted
2. check the wave out sound level
3. check master volume
4. check sound card drivers
5. check speaker connections to sound card
6. verify sound card working via other sound output devices/ports
6.1 if sound card working, verify which speaker is dead and try to replace
