Speakers back rear connectors not working

I have a speaker where my others speakers i connected with one cable.That base speakers has L-R Front and L-R Rear.Only the L-R Front out ports are working help plz?

Im using onboard graphics but its like the receivers ports not working it has a total of 4 ports only 2 working

I know with realtek audio chips you can choose what you want to run that port as in the software. I recommend opening up that then try to plug in your speaker. When it asks what do you want to do with the connection choose to run it as an output.
