speakers just started poping alienware m17x

my speakers r making funny noises and poping when i play music or any audio and i have no idea what to do havn't called dell yet as im checking here first but they were working fine last night before i shut it down anybody have any ideas?

interference maybe? that or try reinstalling you sounds driver. if not its probably just bad speakers
