Specific Headphone Recommendation?

I just ordered a pair of wired crushers for $23 from walmart.com which seemed like a steal(and I think it still is), but apparently Skullcandy's are a joke to people who know anything about headphones. I am just wondering if anyone knows of a pair of headphones with most of these qualities:

• 
  Over ear (completely over is preferred)
  Comfy
  Closed back/noise cancelling
  Fairly Bassy (why I got the crushers)
  Won't completely empty my wallet (unless they are really good)
  Sturdy (not a big deal to me, but I do toss headphones in my bag a lot)

If anyone can think of something that fits these I would be extremely thankful as I just can't seem to find something that fits me. Thanks
(I asked a local music shop and they basically told me to just ask google..)

Sennheiser HD 201 are one of the best budget overear headphones. I owned a set, my kids broke it. For a bit more you have the Audio-Technica ATH-M20x they have a lower response and good quality.
