Specifications of a Good Gaming Laptop

I want to buy a gaming laptop. I cant spend more than $1100 [70000 inr , i live in India]
So what configuration should a gaming laptop have if i want to play all the FPS games released so far as well those going to be out soon. Is 8GB DDR3 RAM enough ? 1TB HDD ? Will a 2GB Nvidia GTX 950m run games at 1080p smoothly? And which i7 processor is the best HQ or U ? Someone help me out. If you guys know about some good models at that price range, that'll help a lot.

Depends on what settings you want to play on. On the lowest settings, the 950m will run smooth, but any higher than that and it's going to lag very badly, especially at 1080p. A 970m should be the minimum requirement for playing at high to ultra settings with 60fps
