Solved! Sprint put a lock on the phones when I cancelled the service and phones were not paid in full but now I already paid everythin

Solution
If the device is paid for, and there is no balance due for the account, then call and ask for a supervisor to get them to unlock the phone. If there is any money owed at all, then they won't unlock it until paid. Nothing anyone else can do. Only they can do it.
If you have paid them in full then call them up and they have to unlock them. If they aren't paid, or you owe them anything at all, then you have to pay them to get it unlocked.

No one else can do that for you.
 
Did call them and they are extremely rude cause I keep calling but they won't even take care of the problem it's really frustrating
