Stand by problem

here are my system specs :

and when i try to put the computer in stand by all is alright but when i press the power button to turn all on the pc keyboard and mouse and audio works but monitor is not reacting it says: no video input and the keyboard's numlock and capslock butons are dont working either

From what I understand. If you shut down your computer later you turn it on: it doesn't turn on.

How then can you put in stand by ?
