Start my Asus laptop

I have a Asus laptop and my laptop had a virus on it so I just decided to reset my laptop and start it over to its factory settings and when I did that it said an error someone helped me fix that error but after that it loads and stop at 64 precen it will load up and say the Asus logo then it says that 64 precent really fast then do the samething over plz someone help

Did you actually restart the computer (reinstall the OS) from the laptop itself or from a CD/DVD or USB?

If you did it from the former, it may well not have worked correctly as the virus could have gotten into that as well.
