Start-up repair to fix problems?

How do I conduct start-up repair on toshiba c55t-a5218 (Which F key do I need to push)?

Ok im gueesing its windows 8 or above.. you have to make it fail to boot 3 times to get it to troubleshooting.

So turn it on and as soon as you see the loading circle, hold power button down to turn off

Repeat this and aftet the 4th turn on is should load in to repair mode where start up repair it.
