Steammover question

Hey guys, I'm sure you know about steammover. I know you can use it to transfer games from ssd to hdd but say if i was to install steam on my hdd and transfer games to the ssd will they still benefit from the increased ssd speed? Thanks

The SSD will have an effect on game loading times but will have no real effect on the performance of the games.

Isn't that the case with SSDs anyways? Basically i just want to know if installing steam on the ssd and using steam mover is any better than installing steam on the hdd and using steam mover.
