Steelseries H Wireless Question

So i have these headphones and I want to be able to talk and hear team speak on my PC while also hearing the in game of my Xbox one I have my Xbox one cords plugged in and my PC cords plugged in and can use them both separately just fine my question is am I able to some how use them both at the same time to hear all things happening on both?
