Stereo Audio to 5.1

Hello

I have a 5.1 Audio PC Speaker, but when playing stereo mp3 files back speakers has no sound,
Now my question is is there a Audio codecs or DSP for WindowsMediaPlayer that convert 2 channel audio to 6 channel?

No. 5.1 sound requires the coded information for six channels, but stereo has only two. You may able to "mirror" the stereo channels to the rear speakers. Some audio drivers / mixers support that.

Your Realtek audio driver / mixer for example

I found following option to do this. Place it for others.

Speaker Properties->Enhancements->Speaker Fill
