stereo for speakers

what kind of stereo do I need that doesn't come with speakers because I have 2 100 watt speakers. I wanted to get a new stereo that is under the price of $110. and I want to make sure that it has a bass setting. So if you have the answer to my question that would be awesome

What you need is called "Stereo Amplifier". For "Bass setting", it must have either "Bass/Trebble" dials, or (rarely in this price range), "Equalizer".
