My Toshiba S855-S5254 laptop with serial number 6C238668Q and part number PSKA8U-02600R was stolen. I already filed a police report. Is there anything else that I can do to increase my chance of locating it?

Short of inspecting the underside of every Toshiba S855-SS254 (where the serial # is location) you come across, there is nothing you can do.
