Storage to SD CARD

How do I change my default installation location to my SD card,MY PHONE IS OPPO R2001 and its Android version is 4.2.2

If you are talking apps, then on that device you can't. You need at least Android "Marshmallow" (6.0). If you want to just save files (music, photos, etc.) to the card directly, or have those download to the card directly, then that you can do. Just not with apps.
