Question strange id

For all the apps i want to download in my iPhone its go normal just use my apple id

but when i try to download PAYPAl its asking for a strange apple id

[unknown not OP icloud id ] @ icloud.com

i didn't care about it until i update the last software IOS 12.3.1

after finish updating and start up asking for this strange id password just for once

i tried to download paypal again and again but always asking for same strange id password



is my iphone hacked ?

Are you installing it from your backups or clean form the Apple store? Maybe you used a different ID you don't remember.
