Question Streaming quality varies on different sites

I am hoping someone can explain why I get different streaming quality from different providers. I use Xplornet satellite for my internet (which is relatively slow ~ 6-10 Mbps). Both Netflix and CBC Gem work fine with good resolution and little buffering, but Tubi and DAZN are almost useless. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks!
