Stuck in a loop!!

Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and see if it will boot up normally.
- If these doesn't work remove all 3rd party devices connected on your laptop then see if it will get pass that screen.
- Next is to try and load BIOS and if it will load press F9 to load setup defaults.
- Lastly do also try to reset BIOS by removing the CMOS battery for couple of seconds then put it back.
- If all these will not work and if your laptop is still under the factory warranty do contact the manufacturer for a repair.
