Stuck in bios

Model x200m....Can't exit bios pages,

Hit f10 or ESC

Thanks for getting back to me, but i tried all that, and nothing works.it should, but it doesn't!
Would it be in the computer manufacturer s info that you get when you buy it?
This is what I dont have!!

You can try resetting the bios by taking out the battery and putting it back in. It's the CMOS battery (circular and looks kind of like a clock battery)
