Stuck in ez mode

I left my iBuyPower computer on and when I came back it is in this mode. I do have windows 11 I'm pretty sure. I tried escape and window popped up saying discard changes and exit setup and I clicked yes. Screen went black and then it returned to same screen. I also tried turning it off and back on and it returned then too. Can anyone help? Thank you!
