stuck on bios

Hi,

First make sure no other devices is connected to the laptop then do a hard reset. Remove the battery (if not built in) and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Boot the laptop back up and see if it gets pass BIOS. If it still is stuck at BIOS it's a possible HDD issue.
- Remove the HDD and boot the laptop again and if it gets pass BIOS with an error message on a black screen that's your cue that it's a HDD problem.
- Put the HDD back in and turn it back on and again if it gets stuck it's clear that it's the HDD.
- But if it still gets stuck at BIOS without the HDD reset BIOS. Turn the laptop off then remove the CMOS battery for couple of seconds, put it back in and try booting the laptop up.
