substitue nonelctrolytic capacitor for electrolytic capacitor

can one substitute a nonpolorized ceramic or mylar capacitor for polarized electrolytic capacitor. this is for an audio circuit. .01uf 250v.

Yes, but make sure they have the same capacitance rating and same or higher voltage.

I am recapping a Pioneer SX-750 receiver. it has about 10 of the tiny electrolytic caps that I can seem to find anywhere. even Digikey. I can find Mylar and Ceramic caps with this value.
