I need a laptop with amd a10/Core i5 processor and with amd 8700m/7800m graphic card
OS doesn't matter whatever it will be. Ram should be at least 4 GB.

That would be my recommendation, I wouldn't use it for hardcore gaming tho, i would build a desktop computer for that price for gaming.
