Solved! Suggestions for modern speakers to pair with vintage Trio KR-8340 receiver

I've recently taken an old Trio KR-8340 receiver off someone's hands on a bit of a whim. I'm not an audiophile or purist so looking for suggestions for some reasonably affordable modern speakers to pair it with. I know the amp offered two-four functionality (sort of like quadraphonic sound) but I'll only be using it in stereo mode.
