SunCom Virginia (now a part of Cingular) rejecting Cingula..

Anybody know why SunCom in Virginia won't allow Cingular (Carolinas
DCS) customers to roam onto it? Automatic registration doesn't find it,
and manual registration is rejected.

Any thoughts are appreciated before I spend hours on the phone with
customer disservice.

Oh yeah -- it's not the HLR issue being discussed elsewhere -- T-Mobile
is working fine.
