Question Suspicious utorrent icon in windows start menu even after uninstalling

I recently uninstalled utorrent from my windows 7. But even after successful uninstallation, a suspicious "utorrent Web" icon (white coloured icon) is seen in the windows start menu. Why is this? Is it a virus? How to get rid of it? Thanks in anticipation
