svchost.exe virus. Malvare bytes and others failed to fix.

Super anti malware bytes said that i had a "storm" trojan. I deleted it but it kept coming back. I found a svchost.exe that isnt located in C:\Windows\System32 but instead in C:\Windows\Microsoft. Is this the virus? What do i do with it if, when deleted, it keeps coming back. This virus opens ad sites on startup and when browsing sometimes it starts opening pop up screen with every click i make. http://prntscr.com/i8s3jf

Use a bootable AV scanner that cannot startup any nasties.

i use avast free it have a start up option for scan .
