Switchable graphic

i can not active switchable graphic for my laptop
my laptop is hp g62-b55se

It could either be a software issue or a hardware issue. To narrow it down, try reloading the graphics drivers/software from HP's support site. If that doesn't work, I'd get in touch with HP support to see what they have to say about it.
