sync with my tv

why can I no longer sync T.V with computer
usding my usb cord and HDM3 ir has always worked before going crazy can't do my Zumba

If you are using USB to HDMI means you have a USB video card, check the computer and make sure that is working and showing up in Device Manager with no errors. Did you try re-seating the cable? Trying another input on the TV, trying the computer with another HDMI monitor or TV? Does the computer show two monitors connected including the TV? May need to just enable the TV to make it active.
