Is there any good software or program that lets you see how the temps are without going into the bios? Im having a hard time finding one. Also for something that lets me control my fans to speed them up.

Both of your requirements depend on whether your motherboard support these functions, and whether you have controllable (four-pin) fans. After that comes OS support.
