Solved! System data usage

I downloaded some movies and transferred them to external HD but now my phone is showing 200gb of data under system data. I have no means to access or delete this? What can I do?

Where exactly is this data stored? You want to check whatever programs you were using and clear their cache and saved data.

I think you should reset your phone after taking proper backup. Maybe this solve your problem.
