Use a VPN service that utilizes the OpenVPN protocol so it transports all traffic over port 80.

I guess they can't be fooled now, not anymore, not by users and those actually using the services, and teaching tricks to others and finding new ways not foreseen by the builder and programmer. Nor those who jailbrak/root their devices. Nor by those who tether...
