Have you tried unplugging it, as well as removing the battery, to get it to shut down? Then replace the parts and see if it will start fine. If not. Again shut it down (even if must pull again) and try starting it in "Safe Mode" and see if you can get past the startup screen. If yes, then there is something on the laptop that is giving you problems. Software, malware, virus, etc., and you need to clean up the computer to resolve this. If it won't start, then you may need to try and roll the computer back to a time prior to your recent changes (recovery) to see if it will load.
