If you don´t do it yourself, this might not be worth doing it. A battery might be at about $20, a tech might take $100 additionally.
While you open it up (all clipped not screwed), you can check the ribbon cables, if all are connected correctly in place and not disconnected or not completely connected. If it fell down, these can flip out sometimes.
Also you can juts disconnect the battery, wait a bit like one minute, reconnect and try powering on again (eventually with the charger plugged in too)
This video (till minute 1:35) is showing how to replace the battery of your tablet. You can use a plastic tool instead of a metal tool. Like a credit card or similar to unclip the case

Your tablet should be a 10.5" tablet.
