Question Tablet Shutting Down

Help! My onn tablet keeps shutting down even though it shows a good battery percentage but after it shuts down it shows 0 percentage. Any and All help on how to fix this is appreciated-Thank you

Very likely it needs to be replaced, those tablets are cheap enough that unless you can work on replacing the battery on your own it's not worth paying someone to fix it.
