How long has it been since the tablet did work? Is it connected to mains electricity when you try to fire it up? What make a model is it? The more detail we have, the more folks will try to help you.

IT IS AN ANDRIOD KITKAT TABLET (PLT7100G) ?
IT FROZE UP DURING A LOADING PROCESS SO I SHUT IT DOWN AND NOW ALL I GET WHEN TURNED ON IS THE PROSCAN WORD

First off, the use capital letters is the internet equivalent of shouting.

All I can suggest is that you turn the tablet on by pressing the power button and volume + button at the same time. You should see a menu which will include options to reset the phone.

I did as you recomended and it worked but i had to total clear all my apps for it to work,thats ok ,I'll just have to start over,just not put so much junk in it this time,its my first time for a lot of computer stuff,
