"Talk Back". how do I shut it off??? HELP!

Stupid me activated "Talk Back". I followed the directions to shut it off but it just keeps reading the screen commands to me. Driving me nuts and my phone can't do anything else now. It says to hold the power button until it vibrates and then use two finger; use two fingers where?? Then I finally got it to show the deactivate screen and now at the very bottom it has one more thing saying something about a "check box" but that section of the screen is so small I can't see what is being displayed there. Doubt it will de-activate "Talk Back" though. Meantime, my phone is render useless at this point. I can't even shut it off now hoping to reset it (no, no to factory default) but hoping to shut of talk back.

Help would be appreciated.

Have you tried going into your phones "Settings" then into "Apps" and in the downloaded list scroll down to "Talk Back".

If you tap on it, you will be given a screen that will allow you to Disable it.

Thanks for your reply but I fixed it about a month and a half ago; but again thanks for trying to help me.
