It is terribly frustrating trying to reach a real customer service person anymore. There are so many prompts, and information to give, when all you want is to talk to a real live actual person. Follow this tutorial to get to a actual real live human X-Box customer service representative.
1. Dial... 1-800-469-9269
2. When the system starts asking you questions, press "0".
3. Once it starts talking again, 'do not' press any buttons and say the word"Other".
4. Now, one more time, when the talking starts, press "0"
5. You should now be told you are being directed to someone.
6. Simple and fast!
