ASUS LAPTOP Windows 8 has a teamviewer trojen virus plus whatever else it has downloaded. I can't control th laptop at all. How can I remove the malicious virus'.

Factory restore.
Restore from an uninifected backup using a seperate boot disk/flashdrive.
Install win8 or 10 fresh.
