what is needed to hook an RCA F31226ES Television to a computer?

I am honestly not sure what a video card is, however this Television was manufactured in 1994, and had no HDMI ports.

I am also in the market for something a little less costly, as I could simply buy another T.V. with the right connections for that price!

In that case, can you post photos of the inputs on the back of the TV and the connections you have at the sides and back of your laptop? (I'm presuming you have a laptop based on where you posted this message; if it's a desktop computer instead, then a photo of just the back should be enough)
