Do you know any programs which test LAN speed ja time of transfer something file?

sisoftware's sandra 2002, not a big program, good for many different things, including benchmarking LAN speeds. (or you could just hit ctrl+alt+del while doing a file transfer and monitor it, and see the bandwidth usage etc.)
