I have a Samsung Galaxy SM-G3858 Smartphone.
It has? USB Tethering feature that enables me to access my PC internet into my smartphone.
My PC internet is much faster than my mobile Sim internet.
my PC puts my smartphone into the unspecified device category.
How to perfectly tether my smartphone to use my PC internet?

I don't believe tethering in the reverse direction is possible. Your only real option is to get a WiFi router.
