Text upside down

Hi all, While trying to fix a problem with my Sharp TV (database empty), I must have pressed some wrong buttons on the remote and now the text is upside down. Any idea of how to get the text back right again? (I still can't see any images, that is step 2).

Reset the options to default, that should clear out whatever you did.
