Is anyone aware of an android wear OS watch that can real text messages out loud on demand like Apple Watch does? I’d really like to go back to android all the way but this is stopping me.

I can't get what you are asking but most smart watches connect to your smart phone, and you can text on them using voice typing, a very small keyboard, or by drawing out letters one at a time. You can also text on them by drawing out letters one at a time. When you have a lot on your hands, this can make texting easier. You can say what you want to say, and send the message without ever touching your phone or watch! I hope this helped you!

On an Apple Watch I can say “hey Siri read that text” and it will read it out loud just like in my iPhone.
I’m not sure any android watch can do that without Bluetooth headsets connected. If there is one that can do it I’d like to find one.
