Textures Flashing or missing

I have a:
Asus G74S series laptop with a Geforce 560M GTX Video card and Core i7 processor with 12GB of RAM.

For the last month, when I load D3 or WoW, the textures don't seem to load properly, the colors are wrong or missing. The trees and shadows will be multicolored or just white and flash as I move in WoW. In Diablo 3 I see similar problems but not as bad, mainly the texts will be the wrong color.

I find if I restart the game, the problem is usually fixed until I restart the computer so I assume it is some kind of software problem. I have updated the drivers, rolled back the drivers, and nothing seems to work. Should I start thinking it is hardware?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've checked that too, it happens even when I first turn on the laptop and the vents are clear. It gets better after I exit and restart the game. Its like the driver doesn't initialize properly or something.

not talking about the vents........ said pull apart/disassemble the laptop and clean it out and clean stuff off. and while it's apart check all connections.

Opened it up, dusted inside though it was already pretty clean. No change, I had to actually restart the game twice but after the second restart of the game the textures loaded properly and everything looked great.

I am thinking I will probably have to re-install Windows 7 again as maybe there is some registry glitch or some old residual driver file that is bugged. Doing an uninstall and reinstall of video driver didn't help.

Problem is, I got Office 2010 under military home use program and we've used up all our installs, not sure if it will let me re-install it :/
