Question TG-TEK Tablet connects to Wifi, but still says no connection

I've reset the network settings, I've set the time and date correctly & my tablet is still saying that it has no internet connection while connected to Wifi.

Did you enter the proper password to connect to the WiFi network you are attaching to?

Do any other devices have trouble connecting to the same network?

Yeah I enter the proper password, I just got this tablet the other day and it had games and everything on it before I reset it, because the wifi would say connected but no internet connection. no other devices have had any problem connecting.
