The acer aspire one battery does not charge

Hello,
my Aspire One battery only has 59 min max at 100% charged. It's supposed to be for 3 hrs. Flashing the BIOS did not work.

If it's in warranty (batteries usually have a one year warranty no matter how long the system is warrantied for), contact Acer and get it replaced.
